分级燃烧降氮技术为国、内外常用的脱硝技术。主要分为燃料分级燃烧和空气分级燃烧。
1. 典型的分级燃烧原理主要如下
1st step: to produce a reducing atmosphere during coal burning, and to reduce NOx in this rich fuel burning field.
2nd step: to mix residual Third air and unburned fuel powder, and to burned out this unburned coal powder in the rich oxygen filed.
2. To make a suitable design according to actual cement process condition, normal DeNOx ratio is in the range of 10%~50%, by adopting this technology, there are some advantages, such as low investment、economic operation、short period of installation and reconstruction.
3. Based on many years experience on cement process work, CEEPC will combine process optimization and staged combustion, and to get the maximal potential on NOx reduction by staged combustion,to reduce NOx emission.
